7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day return and exchange window on all orders placed through our website. This means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to contact us if you wish to return or exchange your item.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

✦ The item must be unused and unworn
✦ The item must be in its original condition — no scratches, bends, or signs of use
✦ The item must be returned in its original packaging including box, pouch, and any accessories
✦ You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
✦ Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided


What Qualifies for a Return or Exchange

We accept returns and exchanges in the following situations:

✅ Eligible for Return or Exchange:

  • You received a damaged or broken item
  • You received the wrong item — different from what you ordered
  • You received an item with a manufacturing defect
  • The item significantly differs from its product photos or description
  • You received an incomplete order — missing items

❌ Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:

  • Items that have been worn, used, or altered
  • Items damaged due to improper care — contact with water, perfume, or chemicals
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Items without original packaging
  • Customised or personalised jewellery orders — these are made to order and cannot be returned
  • Items purchased during sale or clearance events — all sale purchases are final
  • Items where the customer changed their mind after delivery without any product fault

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Returning or exchanging your Nazneen jewellery is simple. Just follow these steps:

Step 1 — Contact Us Within 7 Days
Reach out to our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp, email, or our website contact form. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Step 2 — Send Photos
Attach clear photos of the item showing the damage, defect, or issue. This helps us process your request faster and ensures we send you the right replacement.

Step 3 — Confirmation
Our team will review your request within 24 to 48 hours and confirm whether your return or exchange is approved. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

Step 4 — Ship the Item Back
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and send it to the address provided by our team. Please use a tracked courier service to ensure safe delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Step 5 — Receive Your Exchange or Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange or refund within 3 to 5 business days.


Refund Options

Depending on your situation and preference, we offer the following refund options:

💎 Exchange — We will send you a replacement of the same item or an item of equal value. This is our preferred resolution and the fastest option for you.

💎 Store Credit — We will issue store credit equal to the value of your returned item. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future Nazneen purchase.

💎 Cash Refund — In cases where the item is unavailable for exchange and store credit is not preferred, we will process a full cash refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.


Damaged Items on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please do the following:

  • Take photos or a short video of the sealed parcel before opening it
  • Take photos of the damaged item immediately after opening
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the photos
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Customised and personalised jewellery sets
  • Bridal sets that have been worn or used at any event
  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance
  • Items returned beyond the 7-day window
  • Items that have been repaired or modified by a third party
