Our Shipping Promise

At Nazneen, we understand that once you place your order, you can hardly wait to receive your jewellery. That is why we work hard to process, pack, and dispatch every order as quickly as possible โ€” with care, speed, and the attention your purchase deserves.


Order Processing Time

Before your order ships, it goes through our quality check and packing process.

Order Type Processing Time
Standard Orders 2 to 3 business days
Customised / Bridal Sets 3 to 5 business days
Bulk or Event Orders 5 to 7 business days

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day. You will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or email once your order has been dispatched.


Delivery Timeframes

We deliver across all of Pakistan. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

Your tracking number will be shared with you via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of dispatch.


Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched you will receive:

โœฆ A WhatsApp message with your tracking number and courier name
โœฆ An email confirmation with your dispatch details
โœฆ A direct tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time

You can also track your order by visiting your courier's official website and entering your tracking number. If you face any issues with tracking, contact our support team and we will assist you immediately.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across all major cities in Pakistan.

COD Terms:

  • COD is available on orders up to Rs. 15,000
  • Please ensure you or a trusted person is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order
  • If a COD order is refused at delivery without valid reason, the customer may be restricted from placing future COD orders
  • For orders above Rs. 15,000 advance payment or bank transfer is required

Packaging & Handling

Every Nazneen order is packed with love and care:

โœฆ Sets are packed in our signature Nazneen gift box
โœฆ The box is secured in bubble wrap and padded packaging for safe transit
โœฆ All parcels are sealed and labelled with your delivery details

If you are ordering as a gift, your package will arrive beautifully presented and ready to give โ€” no extra charge.


Delayed or Lost Shipments

While delays are rare, they can occasionally occur due to:

  • High volume during Eid or wedding season
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Courier operational issues
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  1. Check your tracking number on the courier's website
  2. Contact our support team via WhatsApp with your order number
  3. We will investigate and follow up with the courier on your behalf
  4. If your order is confirmed lost, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund

Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Please double-check your delivery address before confirming your order. Nazneen is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a delivery attempt fails because no one was available to receive the parcel, the courier will attempt redelivery. After two failed attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. In such cases, redelivery charges will apply.


International Shipping

At this time Nazneen ships within Pakistan only. International shipping is currently not available but we are working on expanding our delivery reach. Stay tuned for updates on our website and social media.
